WHO WE ARE
RVP is a unique new real estate entitlement and development firm, specializing in locating and evaluating potential candidate properties throughout the San Diego and Imperial County regions of California, which are ripe for development but lack necessary regulatory entitlements.
Our focus is to locate underutilized and/or undervalued properties in attractive or strategic locations, and to engage, when appropriate, with developers, investors and possibly even property owners having the necessary capacity and desire to collectively plan and produce high quality new projects, to benefit those respective neighborhoods.
We typically prepare and process development plans, as necessary for each project, pursuant to an agreed upon structure that usually includes some nominal assumption of risk on our part, in exchange for a fee for our services together with a share of those profits achieved thru our management efforts.
Our business model assumes taking the development process through the usual zoning, mapping and environmental review requirements, to the point of securing those requisite clearances. We will then participate, as requested, in helping to secure a builder/developer team, with related experts as necessary to take the project through final planning, construction and eventual completion of work.
We are fortunate at RVP, to have long-standing relationships with current business, community and governmental leaders throughout the region, and we intend to do all we can to continue building on these relationships, as we grow our business.
