RVP’s core management team, Doug Paul, Rich Volker and Rocio Rodriguez, offers a broad array of “local knowledge”, “development specialties” and “professional skills”; including expertise in land planning, civil engineering, architectural design, computer graphics, community outreach, project management and entitlements, government/political relations, business and real estate transactional matters.
Doug Paul, President
Doug Paul serves as President of Rancho Vista Properties, LLC bringing over 40 years of experience as a Civil Engineer. Doug has a wealth of practical knowledge securing development entitlements of complex, underdeveloped properties. As president and founder of Project Design Consultants, a professional design design services firm, headquartered in Downtown San Diego and formed in 1976, Doug had the opportunity to serve as principal-in-charge of master planning, engineering and development of some of San Diego's most noteworthy (and challenging) projects. It was this role that allowed him to work on projects ranging from oversight of residential, commercial, industrial and mixed-use projects to large-scale public works and municipal assignments; including final engineering for The Padres Petco Ballpark, the comprehensive master plan for several neighborhoods within the Carmel Valley Community in North San Diego and Hazard Center in Mission Valley. |
