RVP's projects include strategic commercial properties located in Southern CA along the US/MX border. In cooperation with the property owners and the listing broker, RVP is developing highest and best use planning concepts and fundamental use designs for these properties.
Menvielle 125 Acre, Calexico, CA
Potential “international goods movement center”, with integrated industrial and commercial uses. Strategically sited at the East Mexicali (Gateway) truck crossing, at the Southwest corner of SR 98 and SR 7.
Doyle 532 Acre, Holtville, CA
A 532 acre vacant “Ag-Zoned” site, about 3.5 miles due east of the first property, and located between the All American Canal (on its south side) and the border. This property is being considered for multiple uses, including farming, solar energy production, and other related specialty uses, which may include canal and water resources.
Additional projects that we are now involved with include planning assignments with property owners in the Otay Mesa and Otay Mesa East communities, as well as other properties throughout eastern San Diego County and southern Imperial County, including Tecate, Potrero, Campo, Jacumba, Calexico and Holtville… all of which are seen to benefit from their proximity to local trans-border commerce and travel activities along the border. We are also dealing with other more remote properties, including a unique Tribal property, located east of the town of Ramona.
